Why this exists
Most gyms in India run on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp thread and a register at the front desk. That combination works, in the sense that the gym opens every morning and members get trained. What it does not do is answer questions — who is about to lapse, who owes what, whether last month was better than the one before.
The international products that solve this are built for a different market. They assume card-on-file billing, address formats we do not use, and a member who books everything through an app. Adapting them means working around the assumptions rather than with them.
So GymNexus was built for the conditions that actually apply here: payments that arrive in several forms and need recording against a member, biometric devices already installed at the door, staff who need different levels of access, and an owner who wants to know the numbers without exporting anything.

How we work
Setup is done with you on a call, looking at your actual member list, rather than by handing over an import template and a help article. The hardest part of switching systems is the data, and passing that back to the customer at the point they can least evaluate it is not a service.
Support comes from the people who build the product. There is no tier one, and no queue designed to tire you out.
We also will not print a customer count we cannot show you, or quote a gym owner who never said the words. When gyms are named on this site it will be because they agreed to it, and you will be able to ring them.
Where pricing fits
We do not publish a price list. Gyms vary enough in size and in which parts of the system they use that any list would be wrong for most of the people reading it, and a wrong number is worse than a conversation.
So it is quoted on a short call, alongside a look at your actual setup. There is no charge for that call and no obligation afterwards.
