Income is half the picture
A gym that collected eight lakh and spent seven is not the same business as one that collected six and spent three, and a revenue report shows those as the first being better. Expenses are recorded in the same system so the comparison is possible at all.

Recurring costs that do not get forgotten
Rent, salaries, electricity and equipment rental recur whether or not anyone remembers to enter them. They can be set up as recurring dues, which show as owed until they are paid, so the expense side of the report is not quietly missing the largest items.
What this does not do
Worth knowing before you book a call, not after.
- Reports are read on screen. There is no scheduled email of a monthly report.
- The profit and loss is cash-based -- it counts payments received and expenses recorded, not accruals.
- No integration with accounting software. Figures are exported by copying or printing rather than syncing to Tally or Zoho Books.
