Who it is for
Built for the gym you actually run
Not a wall of logos. The problems gyms bring us, what the software does about each one, and what you can check before spending anything.
What gyms come to us with
These are the problems described on sales calls, and what the software does about each one. If you recognise three of them, the demo will be a short conversation.
Renewals are missed because nobody was watching the expiry dates.
Memberships expiring soon are on the screen you land on, and the expiry reminder goes out on its own, from your address.
A payment gets taken but not recorded, and surfaces a month later.
Payments are recorded against the invoice they settle, and the outstanding balance is calculated from them rather than kept in a second column.
Attendance lives in a register nobody can search.
Check in at the desk, on a tablet, or from a wall-mounted reader polled every five minutes. It all lands on the member's own record.
The owner does admin at night instead of coaching during the day.
The things that used to be a spreadsheet, a notebook and a WhatsApp group are one record per member that anyone at the desk can open.
Nobody is certain who has sessions left on their pack.
A member's plan, what they have paid and what they still owe sit together, so the answer is on the screen rather than in someone's memory.
Class rosters live in a WhatsApp group and a notebook.
Classes have a schedule, a coach and a capacity, with bookings against the session and attendance recorded separately.
Chasing a payment is an awkward personal message.
A part payment raises a dated follow-up with a note already referring to the invoice, so the chase is a task rather than a favour.
The books say revenue, not profit.
Expenses are recorded in the same system, so the profit and loss is what the gym made rather than only what it took.
Staff can see the takings.
Roles are built from individual permissions and enforced in the database, so a trainer sees members without seeing revenue.
Moving off the spreadsheet feels like more work than staying on it.
Members, plans, invoices and payments import from your own CSV, previewed before anything is written, committed all at once or not at all.
What you can check before you commit
Facts about the software, not outcomes claimed on someone else’s behalf. Every one of these is something you can put to us on a call.
The questions this page usually raises
Can I speak to a gym already using it?
Ask on the call. We will arrange it where the gym is happy to, and we will not be on the line. If a reference call is what decides it, it should be a real conversation rather than a quote on a web page.
Why are there no logos or reviews on this page?
Because we will not print a customer count we cannot show you, or quote a gym owner who never said the words. When there are enough named gyms for a list to mean something, it will be here, and you will be able to ring them.
What happens if it turns out to be wrong for us?
You will know before you pay. Bring your member list to the demo and we will import it and show you your own data, which is also the fastest way to find out that something you need is missing.
Already using GymNexus and happy to be named? Tell us — we will add you, with whatever wording you are comfortable with.
Before you book a call
Most gyms are running within a few days. The work is mainly getting your existing member list in and setting up your plans; we do the import with you on a call rather than handing you a spreadsheet template and wishing you luck. You can start using it for new members immediately and move historical data over as you go.
Yes. If your members are in a spreadsheet, an old system or a register, we will help you get them in with their plans, expiry dates and outstanding balances intact. Bring whatever format you have to the demo call and we will tell you honestly what transfers cleanly and what needs tidying first.
Pricing depends on how many members you have and which parts of the system you use, so we quote it on a short call rather than publishing a list that would be wrong for most gyms. Request a demo and we will walk through your setup and give you a number in the same conversation. There is no charge for the demo and no obligation afterwards.
You get help from the people who build the product rather than a ticket queue. Setup and data import are done with you on a call, and you can reach us by email afterwards at gymnexuscrm@gmail.com.
See it on your own numbers
A short call, your actual member list, and an honest answer on what it would cost.
We will talk through your gym and what it would cost, on one short call.
