Multi-branch gym management software
Several locations, several teams, and one question that is currently very hard to answer: how is the business actually doing?
What usually goes wrong
- Each branch keeps its numbers slightly differently
- Combined revenue means collecting spreadsheets at month end
- Staff access is all-or-nothing, so managers see too much or too little
- A member who moves between branches becomes two records
Across branches
One account, every location
Switch between branches without logging out and back in. Owners and regional managers see across locations; branch staff see their own. The numbers are the same numbers, because they come from the same records.
- Per-branch or combined reporting from one place
- Staff scoped to the location they work at
- No month-end exercise in reconciling four spreadsheets
Control
Managers get authority, not everything
Role-based permissions are granular enough that a branch manager can run their location — members, payments, staff attendance — without reaching group-level finance or another branch's records.
- Permissions per role, applied per screen and per action
- Custom roles where the standard ones do not fit
- An audit-friendly separation between branches
What a chain typically runs
- Group reporting
- Revenue, expenses and profit per branch and combined.
- Biometric devices
- Devices at each location, polled every five minutes.
- Staff and leave
- Rosters, roles and leave across every site.
- Inventory
- Stock held per location rather than one shared guess.
What you would use most
Business Dashboard
The numbers an owner checks daily, without exporting anything.
Staff & Role Permissions
Trainers, managers and front desk each see the part of the system they need.
Member Management
One profile per member, with everything the front desk asks for on the same screen.
Billing & Invoices
Payments recorded where the membership lives, so the balance is never a separate spreadsheet.
Questions we get asked
Yes. One account covers every branch, and you switch between them without logging out. Staff can be given access to a single location while owners and managers see across all of them, and reports can be read per branch or together.
Yes, and at a fine grain. Roles and permissions decide which screens each person reaches and which actions they can take, so a trainer can mark attendance and see their own members without reaching revenue reports, expenses or other members' payment history.
Yes. If your members are in a spreadsheet, an old system or a register, we will help you get them in with their plans, expiry dates and outstanding balances intact. Bring whatever format you have to the demo call and we will tell you honestly what transfers cleanly and what needs tidying first.
Pricing depends on how many members you have and which parts of the system you use, so we quote it on a short call rather than publishing a list that would be wrong for most gyms. Request a demo and we will walk through your setup and give you a number in the same conversation. There is no charge for the demo and no obligation afterwards.
Your gym's data is yours. It is stored on managed infrastructure with per-gym separation, so one gym's staff can never see another's records, and access within your own gym is governed by the roles you set. If you ever leave, you can ask us for an export of your data.
You get help from the people who build the product rather than a ticket queue. Setup and data import are done with you on a call, and you can reach us by email afterwards at gymnexuscrm@gmail.com.
