What a spreadsheet is genuinely good at
It is free, it is on the machine already, and it does exactly what you tell it. For a gym with thirty members and one person running everything, a well-kept sheet is not the wrong tool, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
What it is bad at is being read by several people at once, being searched under pressure at a front desk, and telling you something you did not think to ask it. Those three are what start to hurt somewhere between one and two hundred members.

Yes. If your members are in a spreadsheet, an old system or a register, we will help you get them in with their plans, expiry dates and outstanding balances intact. Bring whatever format you have to the demo call and we will tell you honestly what transfers cleanly and what needs tidying first.
Most gyms are running within a few days. The work is mainly getting your existing member list in and setting up your plans; we do the import with you on a call rather than handing you a spreadsheet template and wishing you luck. You can start using it for new members immediately and move historical data over as you go.
Pricing depends on how many members you have and which parts of the system you use, so we quote it on a short call rather than publishing a list that would be wrong for most gyms. GymNexus runs in the browser, so an outage at your gym means you cannot reach it until the connection is back. Biometric devices keep recording locally and sync their check-ins once the connection returns, so attendance captured during an outage is not lost.
Your gym's data is yours. It is stored on managed infrastructure with per-gym separation, so one gym's staff can never see another's records, and access within your own gym is governed by the roles you set. If you ever leave, you can ask us for an export of your data.
